Sheri is always the only reason I return to Caruso to have my Navigator serviced. Incredibly professional and diligent , she has never failed to deliver great service. Even when the mechanics failed to provide consistent service , she made it right by me. Truly appreciate her customer service skill and dedication. While I will never buy another vehicle from Caruso (too long a story). As long as Sheri is my service professional, I’ll continue to use them as my service provider.

Pravin lied to me about getting me in a Truck. Then he said they won’t finance unless it’s $25000 or less, then came back and said that he couldn’t do anything for me. Now I told him that I was upside down and my credit and he was sure that he could help me. Lying ass dealers!

Had an appointment for 9:30 showed up at 9:15. Was told 1-1/2 to 2 hrs. It’s 11:30 and they are just now starting. Obviously appointments are worthlessness. Don’t use Caruso if you are in a hurry.
They have taken care of my Explorer with great care and interest for several years. Great service department that does what it says it will and in the best time possible.
