RecommendedGreat service from check in to finish. I had Don Mays walk me thru the whole service experience. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
I trust them and they are very easy to get along with. The price is right, I love my Lincoln and I dont hate going back for routine evaluations. On occasion the line shuts down for no apparent reason, but this is a rare event.
I would not trust any other technicians to work on our mothers car

Never ever take your vehicle here. The staff (in service department.) are rude, they'll leave you standing around not knowing what's happening. They give extremely low quotes to real you in, then they jack the price up (quoted $200 and was later informed that just 1 out of many parts, would be $240+) The people running this are rip-off artists. NEVER EVER go here. Not to mention, they are extremely slow.
