by doing a thorough inspection n all their vehicles, used and new. I have had the worst experience with my 2017 ford fusion titanium ecoboost. Transmission went out in 11 months, oil leak twice. vehicle has not been the same since I purchased it. It is in the shop more than being able to drive it. Service staff are busy, overwhelmed, yet thy do their best with what they have. I would not purchase another vehicle from Caruso ford. I am at9 my limit with taking in my vehicle for all these issues, as it is borderline a lemon. V... read more

I brought my Wife’s 2016 Escape to Caruso Ford for routine service as they have serviced my 08 Shelby Mustang for the last 10 years. I’m very pleased with how they’ve done on my cars during this time. I was very surprised when they videotaped the brake, shock absorbers and tire specifics of the service. That, in my opinion, goes well above what I’ve seen done by a dealer in the 50 years I’ve had my cars serviced by other than myself. Well done Caruso!!!
