Excellent service for my fantastic Fusion today. Jose Rodriguez in Service department took such great care with me..and my thanks to the ladies at payment counter who helped me with a paperwork issue with another car that had me worried. I appreciate the VIP service from all involved. I just love my Fusion, it's the most exciting car I've ever owned! I appreciate the courteous service always at Caruso! Many Thanks!

I purchased my 2011 Ford Escape from Caruso (actually at the time it was still Pacific Ford). This was the third car I had bought from the dealership. I LOVE my car and I LOVE the service I receive from the service department. Jose, whom I interact with, is always responsive and helpful. I've required few repairs on my car but when repairs have been needed they were implemented swiftly, were well-executed, reasonably priced and there were no surprises.
