The Quality of service. The facility was very clean. The whole service department worked together and the fact that you had the parts available in the parts department for a Van that was 17 years old.
I have been a customer of Caruso Ford since 2002. I always received superior customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody interested in either buying a new car or having therefore serviced. The service technicians are extremely knowledgeable and are always looking for ways to save you money without compromising safety of your vehicle. Caruso Lincoln is the "BEST" Lincoln dealership we've worked with in SoCal. Working with Sheri from Caruso versus their local competition to have our Lincoln MKx serviced finally made us feel like owning a Lincoln meant something. We highly recommend them for their fast and "FRIENDLY" service.
The people were really nice . . . but we waited way tooooo long to get through financing. Like 5 hours too long. Thank goodness they had a nice waiting area.
