I would not hesitate to tell everyone to come here. The entire staff is friendly, not pushy, efficient and professional. We bought our car in Jan of 2012. I've been bringing it in for servicing since then. The service dept. is friendly and effecient. Kudos to Don Mace. He has always been our "go to guy" and he is really great. Will always go to Caruso Ford for all our car needs Thanks for a good job!

Great experience went there to get my oil changed tires rotated walked in took my car In really fast Phil helped out alot Def big help also after my car was done some info I didn't understand and the team went over it with me all is good with my 2016 focus till I upgrade for that stang
I purchased my ford here and loved the customer service, until this pass Saturday where I brought my ford to get service as well as my other car made an appointment as well , but while one car got serviced after three hours I went to check on them both and there were customers that came after me got service and left I don't think I will be going back my car sat there 3 hours and they told me there was no paper work while I eat there with my copy

Matt and Kong was extremely helpful, courteous, patient, honest and took their time with us till we were able to make our decision. No pressure, felt we left with a good honest deal and we are extremely happy with the car. Don't know how to use half of the interior electronics but Dan will teach us later when we can absorb more information! If their service department is as good, we will be customers for life.
Jose Rodriguez, Service Consultant is the best! I went in with so many questions, and Jose answered each one so I felt comfortable with the repairs being made to my 2012 Ford Escape XLT. (The coffee and doughnuts didn't hurt, either)

The sales people through the Internet Susan, Mary and Francisco are great. No pressure on buying a car. Got a Fusion and they were VERY helpful.
