From the very beginning I spoke to the representative, I explained to them my situation and what I wanted out of the vehicle. From minute 1 through to 4 hours of me being in the dealership, everyone was professional and seemed genuinely trying to help me obtain my new vehicle. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

Avoid this dealer. We have an extended warranty that covers a loaner car. My wife was driving around in it today and it overheated. She immediately drove to the dealer and asked them to check it out. They said "We're too busy to check it out and won't be able to look at it for a couple weeks. We don't have loaner cars but you can rent one for $60/day". Seriously. That happened. We went to another Ford dealer and they gave her a loaner car while they're looking at the truck right now. It's not that Ford is bad, it's THAT deal... read more

Have not bought from a dealer in 20 years and said I would never do it again. But our experience at Caruso was a delight. 2.5 hours and we were out the door with a new car. Amir and Sam were terrific, helpful and pleasant to deal with. This is a great dealership.
