I am the one who came in 5/16 Saturday morning just after 7:30 with the blue flame 2011 Ford Fiesta with the blue bear in the console. It was my first visit to that service department. I usually go to Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood where I bought my car. I thought the service was great. They got me in and out in the time they said.
