Lack of communication. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:15am and was asked if I was waiting. I said no as I live close. Good thing I didn’t wait, cause by 230pm I hadn’t heard anything. When I called I was told they needed to find out. Received a call back a minute later and was told it would be fixed by the end of the day. Salesman was great. Service department not so good
I have always been completely satisfied with the service I have received from Caruso Ford Lincoln. From the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, welcome at the service area, repair estimates and work done, easy to understand findings using a video of my car texted to my phone, timely updates, cleanliness of my car when work is finished and finally to the payment area. I trust Caruso Ford Lincoln to take care of my car’s service.
