The internet team is the worst. Using TruCar I found the vehicle I wanted. I verified availability in TruCar and got back a confirmation. Sent a message to confirm the car and price.I drove 100 miles to find out the car was never in-stock and was special ordered for somebody else. I took my 2018 f150 in for repairs to Caruso ford. I Was charged $2000 for repairs for a coolant leak. Less than 3 months later I have the same exact problem.. the technician forgot to connect some hoses. Also did nothing to correct the leak problem. This is a family vehicle, frequently with children as passengers. The safety and well being of my family has been put in jeopardy. Such poor customer service. Extremely disappointed as this visit was on the heels of a terrible experience a few months back. Waited 6 hours for my oil change service and a airbag recall service. My appointment was at 9:00am arrived at 8:45 am and received a call that my car was ready at 3:00pm. Brought the wrong car and my car wasn’t washed. Had to wait again. Was asked by the service advisor why I continue to bring my car their since this poor customer service continues? Hmm….

Always a great experience at Caruso! Several weeks back, a truck on the freeway spit an orange caution cone into my path and it knocked some of my bumper all weird. I brought my car into the body shop expecting an unpleasant surprise but instead I got a very pleasant one indeed when the service person informed me that all that was needed was a bolt, which he produced (and didn't charge me a bit).
