Awful staff. Scheduling issues from Day 1, with an office that is open extended hours and my work schedule that allows me off early 1 week day, so they set me up with a Dentist that doesn't take patients after the time I'm off early on my single week day, extremely hard to get PTO at the hospital I work at. Never availability for Saturday appointments unless you book months on advance, which is to be expected. VERY courteous staff,n extremely helpful too! While most dentists seem to give you 1-2 options for your care, Carus gives you ALL options good or bad and leaves it up to you to make the choice. This is also the FIRST dentist I have ever been to in 54 years that advises you of a credit balance because insurance paid more than planned.....
today was a very nervous day for me because my experience with Dentist has not been good. Previously I went to Aspen Dental and did not go back because of how I was treated and the end results of my front tooth were awful. I have been going to Carus dental for over 10 years and I love the treatment I get.
They always talk to you like your important and treat you always with Professionalism. My Whole Famly goes there and gives excellent care.
Staff are friendly, welcoming environment, they have an emergency hotline you can call if you experience a dental emergency during after hours, not a long wait time, I would recommend Carus Dental to anymore!
