Beware of this car place unless you want to get scammed
The best thing about this business is the music they play & the couch I sat on while dealing with them. Such poor business practices. I would never recommend anyone ever purchase a vehicle from Terry Reid. We purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Two weeks after all of the paperwork was signed and completed we were told to bring the vehicle back because the loan company had decided not to pay off my other vehicle.
Don't make a deal with shady people. They'll renege your car 2 weeks after driving it off the lot and having paperwork signed... nice job.👍Be forewarned.
Friendly, Cartersville owned dealerships (they also own the Mitsubishi dealership on Tennessee street). I think we have bought 3 cars from them now. Always pleased with the price and service. They also have employed many local young folks in their prep dept, and they like to hire qualified locals in service and sales dept whenever they can. Long time supporter of several local charities as well.
I love my Hyundai dealership in cartersville had my car towed there they fixed it up with no appointment and had me on my way in no time and they are always friendly and willing to help
Terry Reid is the best! The Lord only knows how much they have helped our community. When I lead the Chamber of Commerce, Claudia Laughridge was a key partner in all of our key initiatives. She and her team at Terry Reid worked tirelessly and was very generous in their support. I can only imagine what they do for other behind the scenes.
