Yesterday I went in as a walk-in for an oil change. I was greeted by Diego, who through the entire process was extremely patient, courteous, and provided the best customer service. Being a walk-in I thought I was going to have to wait for a really long time, but I did not! I was in and out in a quick manner. It was greatly appreciated and we will definitely be back to have our service done at Terry Reid!

I sold my truck... signed documents to cancel warranty in November, Fidelity the underwriter canceled the warranty.... it is now February... I still do not have my refund check back! I’m told every week that the check is in the mail!
