WHEN MAKING OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENTS MAKE SURE THEY DONT TRY TO SLIP IN A SERVICE THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE! I LEFT WORK EARLY BC THIS SEVICE COULDN’T BE DONE ON A SATURDAY JUST TO FIND OUT THEY WANT ME TO PAY $300 FOR THIS SERVICE! UMMMM NO!!! I JUST WANT A OIL CHANGE THAT I PREPAID FOR WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR!!!!!
I just purchased my first ever new vehicle from here within the last week. I had a wonderful experience with everyone I came in contact with from the lady who helped me find my car to the man in finance. So thankful for the great people there!
First of all I have been a loyal customer have purchased 2 cars from there. However I called a week ago about a service question & was advised someone would return my call didn't happen. So today I call again advised would return my call but instead of waiting I went to the dealership. Wait 20 minutes to get a price of an alternator & when I asked about the labor another 10 minutes keep in mind got tired of waiting for labor price I decided to leave. I took my car in for oil change and as soon as I walked in I felt like part of the family and I never felt that feeling anywhere else. The work that they do is great. Take your car where they make you feel like family not a customer. Terry Reid Hyundai is the best!!
Terry Reid Hyundai is an awesome dealership with people of integrity! I taught Matt and Joe years ago! They are awesome young men who were raised by awesome and Godly parents (Terry and Claudia) Wouldn’t want to buy a car from anyone else! With that being said, that is why I would buy from them 100%
