I took my vehicle to Terry Reid Hyundai on June 25th, to get a tire pressure sensor and a drive belt. I was told that I needed 2 additional tire pressure sensors. I agreed to have those sensors replaced also. While driving I noticed a strange clicking noise. I had 2 front tires replaced on the car on July 13th, and the Tire Specialist installing the new tires indicated that the old tire pressure sensor had been left inside the passenger's side front tire, when it was replaced. Terry Reid Hyundai is a great place to buy a car new or used. The employees are very helpful to assist you with all your vehicle needs. they definitely go the extra mile to help, not just to make a sale. they stand behind all their vehicles.
Loved this place. They were very helpful answering all of our questions. Didn’t feel pressured into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Austin was our salesman. He was awesome. John the manager he was also very helpful and very nice.
the service department is completely unorganized, lack knowledge of services, incompetent, rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend them, nor will I ever use them again. they had my car for 12 weeks, totally inexcusable. the service manager is not qualified and know nothing of customer service. phone calls not returned, inaccurate information given, forgot to order parts. kayla was indifferent to my service work and should not be in that position. I will never buy another hyandia because of my experience with them.
I give 10 out of 10 rating! Got my 2020 Palisades Limited AWD last week. Christian and Eric were great and very accommodating. We were happy with their service. Would definitely recommend Terry Reid Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car.
I 10/10 would recommend this dealership! Christian is the bomb! He was so helpful and made the car buying process the most pleasant one! Everyone that we interacted with was pleasant, even Mina! She is a great addition to the team! But seriously, this dealership is a game changer!
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff is nice however their sales tactics have been anything but above board. Purchased 2 cars from them and have had nothing but issues. 2012 Sonata had engine replaced and harness replaced at no charge due to recall but our 2017 Sonata with a 10 yrs/100K warranty does not cover the myriad of issues we've had. When we were sold our 2017 we were told the 10yrs/100K covered bumper to bumper but as Maurie puts it, that was a "lie". Now I'm told I have to shell out $4K+ to ha... read more
