Service reception employees very friendly and service was completed in a timely and efficient way.
If I knew what I now know, we would have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Some of it falls on me for not putting it all together. I asked if we could take the vehicle to another shop to have them look it over. As I walked up to the counter to talk to who I was introduced as a manager, he couldn't put his chicken wings down long enough to have a conversation with me, licking his fingers clean. I came in yesterday to have my 2019 Tucson serviced. I bought it used at the end of 2019, from another place (that story at the end), but decided to have it serviced at a dealership until I ran into an issue or needed tires. Yesterday was that day. I was told by the female service agent that I had a nail in my side wall, and my tire would have to be replaced, otherwise they couldn't do the rotation with my oil change service.
