The gentleman was very professional, on time (actually early) and completed the work. He left the area clean and everything is working great. You guys are now my go to people.
After reading several favorable reviews and noting Carter's ratings, I gave them a call to see if they could take care of a stopped-up toilet used by a couple of offices that are leased in our Greenwood building. Carters made an appointment for the following morning, but called back later the same day I had called them, telling me that they had time to take care of our plumbing problem that afternoon. Larry and Brandon were great! Very professional, did good work, cleaned up after and were willing to answer ALL my questions. The pricing was reasonable and was completed quickly.
the two master plumbers were very professional, overall being able to have this issue resolved in one afternoon and hot water turned on that evening, was very impressive. with minimal damage to my floor and wall. this is the first time I have ever had to call on someone else to fix a problem for me. But I would do it again.
Brad did a great job for us. Very meticulous and was very helpful. Left area clean. We loved the work.
