Good communication regarding the appointment. Polite and courteous technician answered my questions.
No matter who has been dispatched (though usually Larry), the work is completed promptly and professionally. I'm already putting together the next list of things to replace/repair. In short, I could not be happier with the service provided by Carter's My Plumber.
The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and explained my options clearly. I had a new disposal installed in no time!
Arrived during time frame as stated. Worked quickly , done in 1 hour and did a good job. I only gave 4 stars because I thought the job done was overpriced for replacing 3 valves (under sink and on toliet) at $ 327.00.
The repairman listened to my explanation of the problem, then got to work quickly. He did a fine job AND cleaned up the work area.
Great service and workmanship
Josh checked out our situation and contacted the restoration crew. Angie told us that their crew would be at our home 8 to 10AM the 26th, they arrived at 9AM and are still working now. Larry and Brandon are non-stop workers.
We would have given Larry and Carter plumbing 5 stars, if Larry had not had to wait a half hour for a tool to arrive to finish the Job.
