Carter's acted very quickly and was helpful when I thought I had a water leak. The techs are very personable, honest, and professional. They were very patient and they discovered that the water company was billing me for a meter that was not servicing my home. Armed with that information I could get it resolved with **************** Group.

We found and called Carter's My Plumber after another company charged us several thousand dollars to replace part of our main drain but it was still clogging up. The work was completed quickly and professionally. All questions were answered and explanations provided where needed. The technicians were very courteous and exuded an air of confidence expected from professionals. The cost of labor and parts was very reasonable. Will continue to keep Carter as my go-to plumbing company.

Our water heater began leaking on a Sunday afternoon. After calling several places to speak with a plumber that supposedly had 24/7 assistance with no answer, ***** from Carters was more than helpful!!! She walked me through turning off the shutoff to the water heater and put me on the schedule for the next day. ***** came out to assess our situation, gave a quote for a new water heater and a new one was installed and operating by ***** that afternoon!
