Simple repair, but very friendly team. Quick, fast, and very good work.
Arrived on time within window, very professional, listened to what problem was, explained thoroughly what needed to be done to fix, quoted a fair price, and was very efficient in completing the job. This was the 2nd time within the past year we have used Carters for two different issues and will definitely continue to call on them for any further plumbing needs! But let's hope we don't need to see you for quite awhile!ð Thank you for your service!

Showed up early in the appointment window. Josh was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. My unit was working but having some issues and I let him know upfront my plan was to check it out, service it and keep it going for another 6 months or so until I could get a new one. He did just that. No hard pressure sales. I did ask for a quote on new units and plan to use them in the future. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Paul did an excellent job installing the water heater. I tried to adjust the temperature and was not successful. When I called for assistance, Jody personally came out and readjusted it. Great service and very professional.
I was very happy with how friendly and efficient the employees were to me. The only problem was there was a mixup in communication about my plumbing issue. I called Carters and was told by employee that one of your employees would call me back and that did not happen. I called the next day and was told there would be someone coming to my home.
