Pretty good. Availability was pretty good. Paul was originally assigned to come but due to emergency repair at a different site, Kelson the grandson came over and completed the work. He also replaced the anode which I provided for free.
The service coordinator called back within seconds and the plumber called within minutes on a weekend evening. Within an hour, my pipe was repaired and the water back on. Well done!
We were EXTREMELY happy with the service we received from this company. We called them out of desperation after being referred from a friend of mine. We had been having water flooding our bathroom and had called another plumbing company to come out to unclog our main line. They came out & charged us $135 and performed no service. They told us that our sewer lines were collapsed underneath our house and that quote started around 5,000 dollars!! They additionally offered to jet our line for $700.
