Visited twice but not going back. First visit they were very busy and my manicure was constantly being interrupted by phone calls. However I did have a good manicure, so went back again. This time they were running over 12 mins behind my booked appointment time. The manicure felt rushed, soaking water was cold, no hand massage (hand lotion only put on back of hand after I asked), filing etc done so roughly it hurt and I had to ask for cuticle oil. Application of the nail polish could be better.

I have been going to a very popular nail salon in Cheam village for years but I wanted to find somewhere nearer to home. I read some bad reviews so was a bit wary of using this salon..... BUT..... These were the BEST nails I have ever had! The ladies were really kind and listened to what I wanted. They took their time and the results were amazing! Everyone has said how beautiful my nails are.... DON'T listen to the bad reviews as I had a fantastic experience today and the pricing is very competitive. Thank you so much Carsha... read more

While getting acrylic nails done, one of my nails broke and the staff didn’t even bother to apologize. Throughout the appointment, they were rude, rough, and treated me badly. When I got home, I noticed cuts on my fingers. I would NEVER RECOMMEND their services.
