For what it is...excellent! Very clean. A bit worn with wear, but everything works!
They allow students who go completely against the code of conduct (stalking, rape, sexual assault) to remain on campus and protect them despite reports from numerous residents. Not sure what happened to duty of care.
Absolutely horrendous accommodation team who do not care about the safety and wellbeing of students. As of the 2025/26 academic year there is a 25 year old student in flat 9 who has stalked multiple students and is continuing to do so. She preys on younger girls and stalks, harasses and jumps out at them on campus. Accommodation team allowed her to stay on campus last year despite numerous reports for stalking, harassment and sexual assult.

Good size rooms and very roomy kitchen and lounge area. Access to get in can be insecure sometimes. thin walls so you hear everything. Accommodation team nearby but not always in.
