The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is very well maintained and the rules are strict to eliminate those that may like to bend the rules. This is the community that I have been seeking. I like that most of the residents are business professionals and it is located in the DTC where I work which makes the commute very easy for me.

Amazing apartment Apartment is beautifully updated. All of the ladies in the front office are nice and helpful. The attached garage is something we were really looking for and this was one of the best options. The amenities are also great. Very happy here!
Carriage Place pretty much rocks! I love my apartment at Carriage Place. It has great views and a huge garage. Also it's very convenient to my DTC job. No complaints!
Love the complex, not the prices I love living at the Carriage Place Apartments! The staff is so great, the buildings and grounds are great, and it is located in such an amazing area. Unfortunately, the rent has been sky-rocketing (especially now that renovations are happening) and it is finally time (and with great sadness) that we will have to move out. I am going to try very hard to see if we can stay in the complex in a different (smaller and cheaper) apartment but we are not so sure it will happen. Fingers crossed!
