It's hectic with... (Verified Renter) It's hectic with all the changes going on, but they try to be attentive to your needs. Small things are missed, but fixed when mentioned again
I'm not sure... (Verified Renter) I'm not sure I would recommend Carriage Place at this time but I have faith that things can be turned around. This is the second time I have lived at this apartment complex and I do love the floorplans and the community and the grounds very much. I really wish that management would pull things together at a higher level.
Love the attached... (Verified Renter) Love the attached garage. So few places have this amenity. I don't utilize the club house much if any but don't have any complaints. The only challenge I've had is the difficulty of driving your vehicle in and out of, specifically, my driveway.
This non-service, combined... (Verified Renter) This non-service, combined with the lack of a fitness facility, plus the pool being shut down for a while makes the rent we're paying excessive.
The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason I might not recommend is because of price. I did recommend it twice, and one friend moved in for a year but moved out when rent increased. The other couldn't afford it.

The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff are amazing and would recommend Carriage Place, I just didnt like that they increased my rent and for that I would not recommend this place to many of my friends and family. I would be honest with them and let them know about the rent increase
