Apartments are nice... (Verified Renter) Apartments are nice with good amenities in and on property. Maintenance response time was my single point of aggravation while living there. Many who choose apartment living do so because they don't want to deal with the headache and hassle of coordinating and arranging for maintenance, etc. If I felt that the maintenance crew was a quality one, my ratings would all be 9 or 10.
I have recommended... (Verified Renter) I have recommended this complex to 2 other friends and empty nesters , coming from homes .They want to come and go without the expense and maintenance responsibilities a house brings . They came and looked at my unit .
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community because it is a comfortable place with lots of accommodation choices. The leasing office personnel are (now) really great and responsive. I love the fitness center and use it 5-6 days/week! I especially like the private garages and the gas fireplaces. The maintenance people are very responsive, as well.
They do a... (Verified Renter) They do a great job of appreciating the tenants and add unexpected perks like the gift wrapping station for Christmas. I'm sure that wasn't a huge expense, but it was so nice and thoughtful! Little things like that make a big difference.

Biggest drawback and... (Verified Renter) Biggest drawback and most disappointing aspect of living here is the sound transmission through the walls. I have enjoyed everything about Carraige Place except my neighbors and their dog, or their weekly gatherings, or their complete disregard for the fact they are just all around abnoxiously loud and inconsiderate.
