I would have... (Verified Renter) I would have no issue recommending Carriage Place to family or friends or even co-workers, which I have, although they went with a different choice. Our location is great for the work commute and within easy access to just about everything or anywhere we need/want to go. It would be nice if people would start picking up after their dogs more often. Also feel that people should only be allowed to have two vehicles. We love the... (Verified Renter) We love the all the grass,trees and landscaping. And how it feels more like a townhome/condo. We also enjoy all of the amenities (pool, workout, office space/printers.) I love showing our friends around - they are always impressed with the leasing office - it's beautiful! But it is very expensive.
Maintenance knew the... (Verified Renter) Maintenance knew the problem but will try to put it off. No timely manner to fix things. You are lucky to get any problem to fix at first time, and pray nothing brokes again.

My overall image... (Verified Renter) My overall image of the community is fantastic. The only area lacking is maintenance. To be fair the maintenance team is great at their job. I just feel they are under manned.
