Yes, a quiet... (Verified Renter) Yes, a quiet mainly professional adults-only community. The rent is high, but the rents all over Denver are high.
Been here since... (Verified Renter) Been here since June 1 , and so far I would recommend to friends . The only concern I have is a lot of residents drive way too fast through the complex , and I do fear safety at times . I know it is not feasible to have a night guard on duty somewhere , but to only have 911 to call , if something suspicious were to occur , seems extreme.

Money talks. All... (Verified Renter) Money talks. All the extra fees and deposits are off putting. Every apartment complex does it. If they are compulsory then include them in the price rather than list them separately. It makes the sign on process more confusing.

Rent is getting... (Verified Renter) Rent is getting pricey for a community that is NOT new and needs some repair work. The updates to the fitness center and leasing office were great! Really pissed off, however, at how long the gym was closed. I relied on the gym for my daily PT after an extensive surgery and unfortunately the center was closed for the remainder of my time at CP and I was very unhappy with the lack of concern or discount on rent for the reduced amenities.
