Our daughter confirmed some of the accusations in other bad reviews on Google! The doctor was verbally abusive when she cried (parents aren't permitted in back) and was rough with her mouth. Our daughter was begging us not to take her back. Never had any issues with our regular dentist and this one tried saying that our daughter was combative (albeit not physically) which she can be...but only when she feels she is being mistreated. Ok not sure if I will go back
Our boys LOVE Dr. Carr and everyone at the office. They are so passionate about your child's dental health, patient and loving. My 7 year old son asked a little girl at his school that said she was going to the dentist, "Do they have iPads there? Mine does!" LOL!
You know what? This place is amazing. I have an 18mth old and a 6 year old and they both love going to see Dr. Carr and her staff. What's even more impressive about that is my son has has to have quite a bit of work done over the last two years. Even with that, he still wants to go to his appointments!!! My wife and I have been very pleased with the communication, education and council that we have received. Very professional and very caring. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I love that they understand kids are going to be kids even at the dentists office. I like the relaxed atmosphere. I don't feel pressured to keep my little ones still and quiet like soldiers.
