RecommendedMy son has his first visit with Dr.Carr today I was worried because it was a new dentist and my son is shy. From the front desk to the assistants to both Dr.Carr and Dr.Carter we’re amazing. It was an amazing experience and my son had a great time at the dentist today.
My daughter went to Carr for the first time. She loved that the staff was so nice and took the time to show her around. She loved the photo booth at the end of her visit. Dr Carr took the time to explain what we needed to do. She is looking forward to go back
My daughter’s first visit was GREAT ! The front office staff was so nice and personable ☺️ They got her in and out in a decent amount of time so I wasn’t waiting long at all . Dr Carr was very patient while explaining the results of her xrays and Lucy was very helpful with going over the costs to me . I was hesitant about letting her go to the back w/o me but she loved it ☺️☺️ We will define be returning !!
So patient and so professional with my 2 1/2 yr old, first time at the dentist and they really made an effort to make her comfortable and keep her laughing! She cracked 3 teeth BAD after a baseball hit her and they got her in same day. They made sure I didn't spend money on unnecessary treatment.
We had bad bad experience here. I was not allowed in the back which is okay. I respect the policy....but I was never told of what was going on in the back. My oldest daughter told me that they put a restrain jacket on her. She was crying so hard that she couldn’t breathe. When my daughter ask if she could go to the bathroom and I saw her in a glimpse. Have your staff at desk pay attention to their sign in sheet and look who's in the office waiting. Signed in and waiting a hour. Instead of doing your job. They called my wife at her job to worry her where we are. There is no excuse for incompetence.
Such an amazing and loving dentist who has taken care of my kids for 5 years now. Even the staff are so friendly and kind. 👨👩👧👦♥️👩⚕️🚘
This place is awesome, Dr Carr did a root canal and crown on my very wiggly 6 year old and no IV sedation was needed, he has no pain and you wouldn’t even know anything happen! Dr Carr is incredible at what she does !
