Absolutely outstanding service, the personal touch really makes the experience worth while. Being able to take samples home to make sure it fits with the decor is invaluable, takes away any second guesses, ensuring you get it right first time. Total transparency from the start re pricing and I am so greatful for the free measuring service. Seems I would have ordered a carpet a smidge too small. I have been buying my carpets from Brian for many years now.The shop is small but everything is arranged so well it’s easy to see the carpets and other flooring and their prices Brian has a huge variety to pick from if he hasn’t got what you want he’ll do his best to get it for you.My most recent carpet was selected on Monday,measured on Monday and fitted on Friday in the same week,hard to beat that for service.My carpet was fitted perfectly by the fitter that Brian uses.I highly recommend this shop Brian is friendly,helpful... read more

Very helpful, gave my mum a seat and put swatches on the floor and she got a good deal 😊
