I went into the Cannock branch today and was welcomed by Anna and Chris I had such a lovely experience in there I had to write this review. Firstly both of them were extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable, I was given all the advice needed to make my decision, after being completely lost on what carpet was right and being given dreadful advice by another company. The store is very clean and tidy with a huge range of options, all staff were super polite and helpful.. I received an excellent shag at a really low price.. 10/10 recommended.
Went in a couple days ago and Anna was super helpful with advising which carpet would be best for my criteria, she was great :)
Called in for a rug for my student flat, the service was great. Had an absolute bargain, didn't try to oversell, and just got me what I needed at a reasonable price. Will definitely come back.
Great customer service at Carpetright (thanks for your help Anna!) Staff are always really helpful and can’t fault the fitters. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for carpets.
