Abdul, Chris, and Sarah were all very helpful in getting the carpets in my bedrooms replaced (thanks to Abdul and Chris in particular for answering my many queries). Really nice material, not too long to wait for installation, and really friendly people to do business with. The two guys who fit the carpet were great as well, really nice guys and very efficient. Sad to see Carpetright jobs at risk and hope that doesn't apply to anyone here.

Lukasz was incredibly helpful, despite having to handle the store alone due to staff sickness. Would recommend!
