Not a happy customer the store never answers the phone or emails the fitters did the worse cut it’s not a neat cut and as gapes the flooring in kitchen is coming up really would not recommend anyone use this service how I have been treated is very bad they have taken my money and not willing to do anything but enore me !!!! So do not even enter the store !!

Absolutely Shameful Store!!! We purchased carpet on finance and prepped our house for fitting inc taking time off work. On the day of fitting no one arrived or communicated to us that there was an issue. The staff in the store refuse to answer the phone daily, something the carpetright customer services have said is a known problem with this particular store. So I had to drive for 1 hour to go and cancel in person. Staff were rude and completely disinterested in our issues but assured us that they would cancel the order. Som... read more
