Dean, You can see that I gave Carpet right a 5 star review when i purchased the carpet but you have failed to fulfil my order for my 98 year old uncle who cannot leave hospital until his carpet is fitted !! The carpet was booked to be fitted today so my uncle could leave hospital on Friday !! Carpet right have not been in touch and the fitter never showed up. They have gladly taken my uncles money. Disgraceful buisness, buyers beware!!!!!!!! I want to thank Honey & Dovlet from the Hammersmith Store for all their expert help ... read more

Dovlet Nuriyev was very competent and helpful. A polite, pleasant and friendly man who completed the carpet measuring and prepared the quote efficiently. He also phoned and got us a fitting date within a fortnight.
