What an amazing firm to deal with!!!! Good, honest, friendly, reliable service from walking in store and being greeted by Spencer to Simon coming out the same day to measure carpets for the whole house, to the fitters who were awesome and neat. Will not be going anywhere else to buy carpets and will recommend to friends, neighbours and family. Well done Carpet Next Day!!!
I ordered vinyl flooring for my bathroom, the fitters arrived on the date and time that had been arranged and I received a courtesy phone call to advise me they were on their way. The customer service I received during and after my purchase from Spencer and the two fitters at the Gillingham branch was exceptional . I would be happy to return to purchase some carpets from them in the future.
Absolutely fantastic service across the board - honestly couldn't be happier. We spoke with Spencer in the shop and his knowledge and assistance were perfect. They aren't one of these, 'we'll try to sell you the over spec'd and over priced version of everything'. Spencer went through what we wanted in terms of look, feel, and cost.
