Fantastic and friendly service. Really lovely team, excellent installation and helped me and my mum out multiple times after fitting the carpets with cleaning advice etc. Would highly recommend this wonderful business!
Fast working, accurate and professional fitters on the day who removed all packaging and old carpets and cleaned up. Experience in the shop was efficient and friendly and the ordering/scheduling process for the carpets themselves was made easy. 100% recommended
Carpet Express was highly recommended by a friend and I could not be more pleased! Their SW1 team helped me choose the perfect carpets for rooms and stairs and fitted them beautifully on the very days they promised - having tidily removed the old carpets - both operations were completed by an expert and charming team of fitters. I could not recommend them more.
A carpet express worker and his colleague in a Citeron Berlingo van aggressively drove at myself and my dog while we walked through a pedestrianised area (outside Sloane Sq Station) then threatened me before speeding off through a 20mph zone. Do you want individuals like this coming in and out of your home? Are your family and children safe with such unpleasant and aggressive employees? Probably not. Well done carpet express for hiring the creme de la creme of utter pond life.
