We waited 12 weeks for the carpet to come from overseas which was fine. We had a notification 5 days before which was great, everything running smoothly. We were told that the layers would be at our place shortly after 8.30am. When there was still no one at our place at 9.30am we rang Chch and could not get a response over the phone. My carpet in lounge was replaced probably coming up two yrs ago now, so time to get this off my chest!! Staff were lovely to deal with in office, but to the person ( she knows who she is) who I dealt with terrible service!! Never attempted to resolve a few concerns I had re carpet, or rang when she said she would!! Insurance would not pay for thicker underlay, so I paid for this myself!!
