My carpet in lounge was replaced probably coming up two yrs ago now, so time to get this off my chest!! Staff were lovely to deal with in office, but to the person ( she knows who she is) who I dealt with terrible service!! Never attempted to resolve a few concerns I had re carpet, or rang when she said she would!! Insurance would not pay for thicker underlay, so I paid for this myself!!
