Great staff. Looked up our 8 year old purchase history to help us with choices and gave approximate price for what we were looking at, without being asked. Helpful without being pushy!
Having just completed a full renovation on our home, the final step was to replace the flooring throughout. When we’d replaced the kitchen and updated the laundry and entry areas before Christmas we had installed new planking in these areas. We have been super happy with the new planking however the icing on the cake was the Rhino carpet installed throughout the remainder of the living areas and bedrooms. Even though it was many months ago that I got my carpet, I did want to say how happy I was with the entire process. Everything, excellent! Particularly Martin, who was super helpful. I walked in not knowing anything about what sort of carpet I was wanting and was a tad overwhelmed with the selection. We saw a carpet sale advertised so called into the store in Rangiora to discuss options and pick up samples. Mark provided very useful information to narrow down preferences and meet our needs as we have 2 inside cats and frequent visits from family and grandkids. Measure & laying appointments were made to fit in with us. Contractors who came were polite and hardworking, and have done a great job.
