Appalling place, they simply aren't interested, dont respond to emails. The guy doesn't give a toss. We are now going to your competitors who responded immediately. Stupid really because its more than just this house. The owner of this business needs to get the staff to buck their ideas up big time
They did an ok job with the carpet but they didn't measure for the vinyl coving and then left me to fix the job.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great advice from Chris in Wellington. He helped me select the right product and explained why and how. This is advice I wouldn't have got if I had ordered boxes of flooring online or through a big box store. When I screwed up the colour order he called the distributor straight away and stopped the truck and got it corrected. Again this wouldn't happen at a big box store.
