Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great advice from Chris in Wellington. He helped me select the right product and explained why and how. This is advice I wouldn't have got if I had ordered boxes of flooring online or through a big box store. When I screwed up the colour order he called the distributor straight away and stopped the truck and got it corrected. Again this wouldn't happen at a big box store. Brilliant service, from Tod to the office staff to the layers. They want your custom and prove it by their customer services.
We had Rhino carpet installed about 3 yrs ago downstairs and wasn’t overly impressed with the customer service at the time but we wanted the same carpet for upstairs. Our experience this time with firstly Tod, was nothing but exceptional. Rick did a fantastic job of the installation. We look forward to many years of lush, stain resistant carpet! Thanks team
