I'm so sick of waiting for you to fix your mistakes! My carpet case has now been running for nearly two years. AJ takes weeks or months to reply when I have had problems. I even gave up on contacting AJ and contacted the Manager instead and they never returned my calls either. The carpet had all lifted up within 8 months on every stair. Some guy eventually came to secure it, but a few months later, it's already lifting again cos he only glued it down. Two wardrobes did not have underlay in them (and were eventually fixed).
