Booked for a measure and quote, lady on the phone was pleasant - got measured, and never got a quote back. Called and texted the marketing person, no response even a few business days later. Returned the samples they had lended us, the lady asked if we got a measure - told her I called and texted and never heard anything back and no quote, so likely we’ll go elsewhere and she said “cool, ok”. Obviously they don’t value customers, or maybe our quote wasn’t big enough to be valued.

Our installers, Hamish & Yantzee were the absolute BEST! You couldn't ask for a more harder working, happier crew. A total pleasure to have in the house.
