Impossible to work with! What needed to be a quick insurance replacement carpet lodged 17-March has taken 6 months to complete! Clearly these guys “live” off the jobs they get through the insurance companies as a designated supplier! Every step of the way the customer needs to do their own follow up as the manager there is not able to manage anything! “I was just working on it” is the reply you get after your call in to check status after days of no coms. Absolute mess, people deserve better!!
Really frustrating to work with. I would have gone elsewhere to e first time if it wasn’t for it being an insurance claim
