I’m right there with the other 1‑star review. The guy who showed up was arrogant, dismissive, and seemed far more interested in listing excuses than doing his job. Then he started “measuring” by smashing his tape measure into my brand‑new trims. When I asked him to be careful because we’d just spent thousands on new walls and paint, he shrugged and said, “I have a tape measure, I do what I can.” Not even the bare minimum of “I’ll be careful.” That was enough. Terrible customer service.
We walked into Carpet Court, and the staff were very helpful, giving us some advice on issues we were having with our new build. We are very thankful for their time!
Excellent service by Tracey, Karla and the install team. The whole process from choosing the carpet, underlay and installation on the day was seamless. Special note to the install team, they worked really hard, got the whole place done in one day and did a quality installation job. They talked me through every step. Very impressed. Well done Carpet Court Team.
Carpet Court Kumeu were amazing. Instantly replied to my enquiry, organised samples, they did a measure and quote a couple of days later. Three weeks later all done, an excellent job. Unlike so many businesses these days these guys do what they say in the time they say they will do it in. No hidden costs. Highly recommend. 10 Stars
