I built a new home and there was a fault in the floor prep, which made the floor have a big lump in it, when I contacted carpet court they came to look at it and discuss options, when the Manager told me numerous times that the flooring does not go down as good as the first time, I thought it was a terrible remark at the time and when I questioned it he got quite abrupt and said to to his colleague” I think we should leave” anyway outcome was they did come to the party and replace the whole floor with a better product which ... read more
