Justin called promptly to arrange an appointment and was very friendly and helpful. Once I chose carpet and color an appointment was made for installation. Carpet is now installed in both bedrooms and looks amazing. Installer was very quick and helpful and I am very very happy with the service I received and the product. Feels so luxurious.
