Its Called Carpet "Court" because our next step is probably going to be sadly to go to court or contact our insurance company with a formal complaint. We replaced our carpet due to an insurance incident a while back. We had premium commercial grade woolen carpet before the accident and were assured the replacement quality would be like for like. Carpet Court staff were a great help to choose the carpet that was right for me, were timely in quoting and efficient in contacting me re a date for delivery. They were flexible and sympathetic when a personal issue made the original carpet laying date difficult for me and rescheduled. I have just had my carpet laid over the last 2 days and wanted to mention the carpet installation team of Kerryn, Ray and Logan who went the extra mile. I dont usually do google reviews but this team need a mention. I dropped a floor plan into (Hubbers) Carpet Court in the morning asking for a quotation for a house load of carpet, Steve emailed a very competitive quotation through that afternoon. We placed the order, Steve came out for a final measure and Lisa provided install dates. Lisa rang two days before the installers were due to start to make sure the house was clear of furniture. Very frustrated and disappointed with services. I had a contract on 5/11/2024 for carpet replacements with almost 4K and paid 70 percent of contract money after contract. Installation date was set up by carpet courts in 3 weeks time. The reason for asking key money is to secure the contract with proper preparation of manpower and materials.
