The advertising in my experience is misleading. The web site has a tiles tab...so I went to the store expecting to look at tiles....they don't have them ie ceramic or stone. I might not have the definition of tile right...but thought ceramic and stone were the basic models. They did have some great carpet... But I wanted tiles
Carpet Court Albany did an incredible job from start to finish with our carpet installation. I originally called the Wairau Park branch and was totally mucked around (I’m still waiting for them to call me back, it’s been about 2 months…) I decided to give the Albany branch a call and I had someone come round the same day to measure up, the next day I chose the carpet at the branch and was booked in on a day I preferred.
