Went to this store on three seperate occasions and didn’t get served once. Took our business elsewhere to carpet kingdom down the road.
Glenn and his team of installers were super helpful. They were excellent with communication, and went above and beyond for us. Even a year on, after no fault of their own, they came back free of charge, to move one hardwood plank to better suit our bathroom needs. Incredible service and would highly recommended them to anyone
Called to check if they were open on Easter Monday and was met with a pretty rude and condescending response. When I raised it, the staff member became argumentative. Happy to share more details if someone would like to follow up.
Really great experience with Carpet Court. Eli is a very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient consultant and the Operations team were great communicators. The contractors they used to do the actual installation, Limitless, are beyond amazing. They did a fantastic job! Huge thank you to Jake, Donny and Duncan.
