My carpets are old and quite worn, but the technician did an excellent job! They are much brighter and cleaner than they've been with any other cleaning service I've used.
Excellent job on cleaning 2 loveseats and our master room carpets.
Sears team members were very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. That explained everything they were doing and showed us pictures of before and after their service. Cleaned up afterwards and explained further services needed and price. Would definitely use them again.
Have used Sears many times for carpet cleaning and will continue. Their prices are very reasonable. Marvin the technician was on time, he was friendly, personable and did a great job.
the man was here on time - I was explained options and what I could expect - he worked hard and in a limited time he was completed - did what was expected at fair price - nice man to talk to also - will use him again
Mike Ewalt is fantastic. He does magic on carpets and tile floors. Seriously! Ask for him when you need a great carpet/tile/grout cleaner!
Have used Sears for carpets and upholstery multiple times. Andreco has done my service the last two times and he is always very professional and on time. He explains everything and I appreciate that. I am always pleased with the results.
